FAQ
HOW LONG DO YOU RECOMMEND EACH LESSON TO GO FOR, AND HOW OFTEN?
We recommend 1 hour lessons, weekly. In order to ensure our students are progressing and keeping momentum with their learning, we do not accept lessons less than 1 hour, or fortnightly lessons.

Since we mould the lessons to suit the students' needs, we have a flexible approach to the enrolment process. If you are unsure of how long each lesson should be for your child, we suggest starting off with 1 hour per week, and increasing from there if needed.
HOW IS PAYMENT MADE?
Our invoices are sent termly, based on the school calendar. Invoices can be paid off weekly, and payment for each lesson is due prior to the start of the lesson.

WHAT IF WE DON'T FEEL LIKE THE TUTOR IS THE RIGHT FIT?
At the end of the day, we are working with people, and we need to ensure that the energy is right. Sometimes, this is not the case, and that's ok! We value open and honest communication with our clients, and encourage each client to give us a call if they have any concerns about the tutor who has been assigned to their child. We are more than happy to make adjustments until we have the right match.
HOW CAN WE GET UPDATED ON HOW OUR CHILD IS PROGRESSING?
Aside from verbal feedback following the lessons, given a parent is present and available, written feedback is provided after each lesson through our scheduling and reporting system, TutorCruncher. You will receive a login, allowing you to view the report.
